Clients know they can depend on Katie Moe to get them the results they want. Honored and humbled that she gets to play such an integral part in one of the most important decisions a person can make in life, she provides every client with a service-oriented, stress-free experience. When she sees former clients around town and hears about the successes they’ve had since buying or selling their homes, it brings her great joy and reaffirms her purpose—to help people maximize their most significant asset.
In 2005, after traveling the world and honing outstanding client service skills during her years in corporate marketing, where she managed clients like Sony, Charles Schwab, and Yahoo, she purchased her first home in Pleasanton and became an agent. Following in the footsteps of the successful real estate family she grew up in, she redirected her energy and passion for helping others from corporations to individuals.
Katie’s approach is based on strong communication, marketing strategy, leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the East Bay, which she can’t imagine leaving. Her love of home and community drives her to help her clients put down similar roots. She loves the personal connections she develops with them, many of whom find her through referrals. Katie places great emphasis on honesty and kindness and ensures that her clients are always taken care of.
This California native and longtime Bay Area resident is also passionate about giving back to her community. She sits on the Pleasanton Rage Board of Directors for Pleasanton Girls Soccer Association and is a coordinator for TopSoccer Coordinator. She is also involved in the organization of the annual Tri-Valley Bocce Bash supporting Special Olympics of Northern California. Other causes dear to her heart are The 401project, a nonprofit that raises funds to support research to find a cure for MECP2 Duplication Syndrome, and Habitat for Humanity.
As the proud mother of three girls—including twins—Katie’s happiest when she’s spending time with her family. Still, an avid traveler who loves getting new stamps in her passport, Katie loves to go on adventures with her family.
